ConvertXtoHD

ConvertXtoHD gives you the possibility of creating Blu-ray and AVCHD discs using your own videos. The software places a wide range of customization options at your disposal and it offers nothing less than HD quality results. It also provides several output options, so you can make your discs compatible with any Blu-ray player.

The software is free to try with some minor limitations. It provides support for Windows XP, Vista, Win 7 and Win 8 and it is compatible with both 32 and 64-bit versions. Installing the program doesn't take long and the operation doesn't involve any complicated settings.

Although you can just drag and drop one or more videos on the software's user interface and click a button to start converting right away, you can make many other settings along the way. Each loaded video is displayed as a collapsible system of menus and sub-menus, in which you can make various settings. You may customize the title and chapter menu appearance for individual videos and more.

Besides the loaded videos, you can also find a larger menu, in which you may customize the main title menu. The software allows you to choose from numerous menu templates, but it also allows you to add your own background, which can be a static image or a video and make other fine tweaks, like enabling an auto-start playback. The project can be previewed on the right half of the user interface, on the program's embedded player.

Before you start the conversion process, you can also go through the general settings menu, where you will find many other options, for switching to different codecs, selecting other formats, setting a higher or lower burning speed and more. You can burn your project on a Blu-ray disc, save it as a virtual image or save it as folders, in a Blu-ray or AVCHD structure.
